A Key Producktion is a red dun broodmare, she is a Granddaughter of Snipper Reed. She has had many nice colts. A Key Producktion was bred to Snips Silver Music for a June 20 2007 foal A Key Production is a daughter of The Producktion. We call her Duck, because whoever named her, spelled Producktion with a "K" She is a granddaughter of Snipper Reed an AQHA Champion with points in 7 events. The Snipper Reed, Music Mount cross was a well known good cross, and I went to a lot of auctions until we finally got a Snipper Reed mare bought, to cross on Snipper Music. And it was a good cross. As you can see in the pedigree there are many other AQHA CHAmpions and Race & Show ROM winners. Also Leading Dam of AQHA Champions, Shady Dell is there.

Celebrity Princess is a red dun mare. She's a beautiful combination of her sire; Snipper Music and her dam Sierra CelebrityGold. Celebrity Concerto is her full brother, you can see him in the Stallion section. Princess's granddad, Sierra G Son was a beautiful, big 15-3, palomino stallion with a great personality. Rockey used to call him "Funny Sonny" as he was always playing pranks on Rockey. "Sonny" was a powerhouse. His colts grew up big, fast, and they were favorites at the Pat Ranch Sale, before we were lucky enough to buy Sierra G Son, and be accepted into the Pat Ranch Sale. Rockey really enjoyed starting the colts sired by Sierra G Son, they were smart and willing, and big boned. They made fantastic ranch horses, and some people that frequented the sale, bought a Sonny colt every year. We saved a lot of Sonny's daughters and crossed them on Snipper Music. We thought it was a fantastic cross, Snipper Music refined them and added his own cowy, athleticism, super intelligence and people loving personality. They were hard to part with, we liked them so well. They are so versatile, people use them for everything. And last, but certainly not least, Skipette Holly was the Dam of Sierra Celebrity Gold. Skipette Holly, with her Hollywood bloodline is the Foundation mare of our herd. We treasure her, and any of the foals that have her blood in them. She was born in 1977. We have owned her for 25 years and she has been the best producing mare of them all.

Docs Rockin Revlon was bred to Sierras Alibis for an April 20 2007 foal. Revlon's grandsires (Quincy Sun Dun) on both sides are AQHA Champions and (Doc's Zimfandel) is also a World Champion JR Cutting horse. He's a son of Doc Bar. Revlon's sire, Sun Dunit, is a son of Quincy Sun Dun with 111 halter points and 23 performance points. He has a Superior in W. Pleasure, and Halter. He also has points in Heeling. HQH Cream Puff has the most gorgeous head, really really pretty. She also has a unique color. She is a Palomino Roan! Her sire is Smoky Music Too,(blue roan) by Snipper Music(grullo roan and out of Bright Allover a black double bred Rebel Cause mare. Sierra G Son is the sire of Cream Puff's Dam; PJ Honey Buck. That's where the palomino came from. We bred Cream Puff to Nu Hollywood King, our grullo Foundation stallion with the (EE)black gene. As he won't throw a sorrel, red roan, palomino, chestnut, my big hope is that we are going to get blue roans out of this cross. It has to be a color with a black gene. So Grullo, Dun, black, brown and bay are all possible. Add to that the roan gene that the mare carries, and any of those black gened colors could also be roan. It will be exciting to see what we get. Whatever we get it, it should be cowy, athletic and gorgeous!

Jay More Music is a double bred Snipper Music. She is a grullo roan. And what a sweetheart she is. She had a beautiful blue roan stud colt for us last year. Hopefully we'll get another one that is just as pretty. Her sire is Snipper Music. He was our favorite horse of all time. He won Snaffle Bit Futurites, he won reining, and cutting, team penning, and as a ranch horse he did everything from bringing in the wayward bull, to holding a cow while we pulled a calf. Jay More Music's Dam was Sooty Freckles. Sooty is a gorgeous black mare with a beautiful head, and swan neck. She looked so much like Snipper Music, it was amazing. Sooty's dam was Jay More Freckles who was imported here from Australia for her cutting horse pedigree. Her sire Freckles Jay Jay was a son of Jewel's Leo Bars (25 cutting points, 3 halter pts and a ROM in cutting) by Sugar Bars (AAA). Freckles Jay Jay's dam Rey's Jay Pride was sired by AQHA Champion, Rey Jay with 257 AQHA Pts in Cutting. Rey Jay was a AQHA Superior cutting performance horse, and 1966 NCHA Finals Non-Pro winner. Roar More was a AAA Stakes Winner with a racing register of merit.

She looks like a reining horse conformation wise, but she gives her foals the gift of that big burst of speed. Taylor Ruark is riding a gelding sired by Sierra G Son and out of Machos Full House. When Taylor was only 12 years old, she rode this gelding in the 1D barrel races for the summer, and won $50,000.00 !!!! So we have her bred back the same way, hoping for another winner. Miss Taffie Doc, a ranch type grullo mare, a granddaughter of Doc O'Lena sired by Doc Bar out of Poco Lena. Doc O'Lena is a NCHA Futurity Champion sired by Doc Bar out of the great Poco Lena, an AQHA Champion that placed at the NCHA World Champion Cutting Finalists Ten times, and was an AQHA High Point Cutting horse in 1959 and 1960. She was a Superior AQHA cutting horse. She was an NCHA Hall of Fame Award winner, and she won an NCHA Silver Award. I think she was one of the greatest cutting mares of all time. She had AQHA points; 174 in halter, 671.in Performance. And that doesn't even count her NCHA winnings. Her sire was AQHA Champion Poco Bueno by King P234. Harlan's Tyree, was an AQHA Champion with 99 halter points and 73 performance points.

I bought Nu Sunrise in Wayward Oklahoma, at a Dispersal Sale in 1987. She gave birth to this gorgeous buckskin stallion, Nu Goldseeker, spring of 1988. Nu Sunrise was a daughter of Nu BAr,a 2 Times, Top Ten Finisher in NCHA World Show. Debutant's Dam: Miss Star Glo 5, was a granddaughter of Star Six by Oklahoma Star Jr, and a granddaughter of Hollyhwood Snapper, a Superior Cutting horse, son of Hollywood Gold. Nu Hollywood Debutant gave birth to a black stud foal on April 13th 2007. What a good looking baby. He has the Concord Music chizled head with those great ears that Concord puts on most of his colts.

She had a head like a stallion and her foals were exceptional. Two Eyed Fox was an AQHA Champion, Superior Halter Stallion, with points in eight events.(including 18 Grand Champions at Halter, working cowhorse, Dally Heading, Dally Heeling, Pole Bending, Western Pleasure, Calf Roping, Reining, and Hunter under saddle. He sired a Youth Supreme Champion. His sire, the great Two Eyed Jack was an AQHA Champion and a Leading sire of AQHA Champions with 117 of his get becoming AQHA Champions. Jack's sire, Two D Two was also an AQHA Champion. Foundation stallions, Pretty Buck and Pretty Boy are on the dam's side of Two Eyed Fox. Two Fox Chrystal's Dam< Classy Raetta was sired by Classy Bar by Sugar Bars, a triple AAA Race horse, and a Leading Sire of ROM Race horses and also a Leading Sire of AQHA Champions. These horses are extremely versatile, and would be great candidates for the Ranch Versatiliy Classes. They can rein, cut cows, do working cowhorse events, rope, and be excellant trail riding horses and on top of all of that win those halter classes!

At least 3 of her stud colts were kept for stallions. She has some great old foundation horses in her pedigree. Bay Dimple's dam was Dimple Dexter by Dexter P 193. Behind King Five,Arena ROM; was Scarbauer's King, Arena ROM; by King P234. King Five's Dam: ADA Five was sired by Silver Wimpy, by Wimpy P-1 Utter Nonsense's Dam was Crier Priss sired by Town Crier, AQHA Champion, Superior Halter; by Bill Cody a 1952 High Point Halter Horse and Superior Halter horse. Behind Ann Watts, ROM Arena; Sire was Frye's Jack McCue by Jack Mccue by Peter Mccue; on her dam's side she is a granddaughter of Oklahoma Star Jr, A Leading Maternal Grandsire of AQHA Champions (11 AQHA Champions). Sierras Yellow Rose foaled a bay stud on April 7 2007 and he's going to be a great colt. His head is gorgeous, and if he grows up like his sire, he'll be a fantastic ranch horse, trail horse, pleasure horse. These Snips Silver Legacy colts are smooth as silk to ride.

Skipette Holly is the Foundation mare of our outfit. She is a granddaughter of Hollywood Gold. We treasure this mare. She is the best producing mare we ever owned. We have a lot of nice mares. But she held together, never needed extra care, has always lived out back with the broodmares, and never looked old until she turned 30! She had a foal every year, until she turned 26. So I think she gave us 22 foals. I never bred her back. Enough is enough. She deserves her retirement. Skipette Holly is the reason we love the Hollywood Gold bloodlines so much. Her colts have been outstanding. We kept 4 of her daughters, (we should have kept them all, had we known what we had), three of her sons were kept stallions and sold for stallion prospects.
