Silverado Jaz Music is a beautiful foundation mare. She's a daughter of Jaz Poco Silverado (ROM in AQHA Reining) from the Jaz Ranch in Joseph, Oregon.
My husband and I have been raising and critiquing our herd of broodmares for 30 years. We are sure proud of them. Sequins Blue Ribbon has a combination of Snipper Music (our favorite horse of all time) and Sierra G Son. He was not only beautiful, powerful and athletic, but he put size, muscle, and good bone and big feet on his offspring. We crossed Sierra G Son daughters with Snipper Music, who could rein, cut, team pen, and be a ranch horse with the best of them.
Added to this mix was: Music Mount a Hall of Fame, ROM Cutting horse; and AQHA Champions Snipper Reed and Sierra Mount. Skipette Holly (the Dam of Sierra Gold Sequin) was the foundation mare of our broodmare band. "Holly" is a granddaughter of Hollywood Gold. She is still with us at 33 years old. We cherish this mare. She had 22 foals for us and is the best producing mare we ever had.
Silverado Jaz Music is a sweetheart of a mare. She's gentle and nice to ride.
We hope that Silverado Jaz Music will be as good a broodmare as Skipette Holly.
