Sold to Julie Anne Morley frm ID:Seeking A Nu Sonata is a beautiful Dun filly with a star and one white foot in front. She has fantastic bloodlines, a very cute, pretty head, and good conformation. She's really pretty.
I have dedicated my life to these horses. So there is a lot of personal history in this filly. In November of 1987 I flew to Woodward,Oklahoma to the Bobby Joe and Billy Jean Cudd Dispersal Sale. I was lucky enough to get Nu Sunrise an own daughter of Nu Bar, bought at that sale. She was bred to Leo GoldSeeker, a son of Goldseeker Bars, a AAA -Supreme Champion -AQHA Champion, etc. What a thrill to see all of these great horses in the flesh!
Nu Goldseeker was foaled out at our house in 1988. Rockey sat out there in the corral, on one of those big tractor tires that we feed out of, with that little buckskin stud colt over his knees, the foal's legs dangling, because he was too little to touch the ground. We could see the quality and potential right away and we kept him for a stallion. We still have two of his daughters in our broodmare band. Nu Hollywood Debutant and Nu Song Seeker. Nu Song Seeker looks the most like Nu Goldseeker. We crossed her on Concord Music to produce Seeking a Nu Sonata.
Rockey and I went to the Hermiston Oregon sale and bought Wayward Windsong, Nu Song Seeker's Dam. There were 750 horses there and we picked her out, a half sister to Snipper Music! We have a good eye for what we like!
Take a look at this filly, I'm sure you will like her.
