unavailable: Keeping him for Caitlyn: Concerto Sonata Star 2008 is a grullo roan gelding. Rockey has him started under saddle and he is doing very well on mountain trails and on the river bottom. He already is a good trail horse. He is nice and gentle and sweet. A woman or a child would do nicely with him, if they know how to ride, He is no problem. He is only 2 years old!
Celebrity Concerto is his sire, and he is a big beautiful horse.
Miss Taffy Doc is his Dam. Her grandsire is Doc Olena an NCHA Futurity Champion. One, of the only two sons, that Poco Lena ever produced.
Miss Taffy Doc's other grandsire is Tony Tyree, a son of Harlan's Tyree.
Back in the fifties & sixties these Harlan horses were really popular. Harlan's Tyree was an AQHA Champion. He was an AQHA Western Pleasure High Point Stallion. He was also a Superior halter horse and had a Show ROM. He wasn't alone in that achievement. There were also 30 other Harlan offspring with a Show ROM and 10 AQHA Champions, plus 2 Superior Cutting Horses and 1 Superior Calf Roping Horse. These Harlan horses were great horses. Harlan was a grandson of King. Mixed with the other old foundation greats in the pedigree; Snipper Reed, Hollywood Gold, Doc O'Lena, Poco Lena, Poco Bueno, King, Harlan's Tyree, Leo, etc.

He is pretty laid back about most things. No further along than he is, in his training, he's already a wonderful trail horse. And with all of the cow in his background he should be a good horse to go to Fall Round-Up on.
