HQH Cream Puff's sire is Smoky Music Too,(blue roan) by Snipper Music (grullo roan). Smoky Music Too is out of Bright Allover a black, double bred Rebel Cause mare.
Smoky Music Too was a fantastic ranch cutting horse, and was good and willing to do any job asked of him. He was a terrific sire, also. People just love his foal's. Hillman's owned Smoky Music Too and they are running their ranch with son's and grandson's of Smoky, now.
Sierra G Son is the sire of Cream Puff's Dam; PJ Honey Buck, a buckskin mare. That's where the palomino came from. We purchased HQH Cream Puff from Hillmans at one of our Production Sales. We are our own best customer! No doubt.
We bred HQH Cream Puff to Nu Hollywood King, our grullo Foundation stallion 96% NFQHA with the (EE)black gene. As King won't throw a sorrel, red roan, palomino, or chestnut, the foal has to be a color with a black gene. So Grullo is what we got, and that's exciting! Nu Hollywood King has King P234 and Hollywood Gold right on his registration papers. Hollywood Bill is a Superior Cutting Horse.
Kings Puff of Smoke should be cowy, athletic and gorgeous! He should go on to be a tremendous Versatility horse, cutting, reining, trail horse, Ranch Round-UP; What ever the job, he'll be up for it, just like his sire, his grandsire, great grandsire, etc. He has a lot of class. Take a look at him.
Kings Puff of Smoke was gentle right away. Rockey took him to the mountains, and he didn't get scared at all. He's a very nice gelding.
