Sold:to Misti Collins 5/28/11 Quixote Golden Starr 2010 Hollystars Quixote has foaled a beautiful Dun stallion. He has a gorgeous head and fantastic conformation, a beautiful hip and straight legs. He is very friendly and followed us all over the pasture. He has been halter broke, had his feet trimmed, and has been wormed.
He also has a star just like his grand dam, Sierra CelebrityGold. She's a beautiful mare. She's sired by Sierra G Son and out of Skipette Holly, a granddaughter of Hollywood Gold. That has always been a special cross. Sierra G Son is sired by Sierra Mount, an AQHA Champion.
This 2010 dun colt is Sired by: Celebrity Concerto is a gorgeous grullo roan stallion. He's one of the best looking horses that I've ever seen and in my lifetime, I've looked at a bunch of horses. Horses are my passion. I love to go to horse sales. And as a kid, my Dad drove me all over Michigan looking for a good horse.
Celebrity Concerto is sired by Snipper Music. Snipper Music was our favorite horse of all time. He was a terrific Snaffle Bit Futurity horse, he reined, cut cows, team penned, team sorted, trail rode, and was a super ranch horse, also. He was great to handle in the breeding pen, he had such a good mind,intelligent, great disposition, he was gentle and loved people. He was athletic and could do anything asked of him, and he did it well. He was pre-potent and passed all of his wonderful qualities on to his foals. It was such fun to walk in the pasture after the foals were born. A pasture full of Snipper Music foals were like heaven to me. A rainbow of colors, and they would swarm visitors and jockey for position to get petted.
The Dam: Hollystars Quixote has a wonderful cow cutting pedigree. Hollystars Quixote has Doc's Quix Trix, Doc Quixote, Hollywood Wilma, Hollywood Gold, Cutter Bill, Son Ofa Doc and many more. Hollystars Quixote is gorgeous, with a beautiful head.
With a great background on both sides of the pedigree, this colt should excell in the show ring, on the ranch, trail riding, and breeding mares. He is really a beautiful colt.
