DECEASED June 2008. Koda Shena Lynx a beautiful bay broodmare. She's raised a bunch of very nice foals. One of them has been kept for stallion. She has a pretty little head, and a great big pedigree full of AQHA Champions, NCHA World Champions, Hall of Fame, NCHA Derby Champion, High Pt Working Cowhorse, plus some AAA runners. They can do it all!
Koda Shena Lynx a daughter of Doc Shena Lynx by Doc's Lynx, he was the 1973 NCHA Cuttin Derby Champion and NCHA Futurity Reserve Champion. Sired by Doc Bar the All-Time Leading NCHA Sire.
Great Grandsire: Hobby Horse was a AAA-AQHA Champion, and 1964 AQHA High Point Working Cowhorse Stallion, sired by Tinky Poo a AA -AQHA Champion. Peppy San is an AQHA Champion, Superior Cutting Horse and 1967 AQHA High Point Cutting Stallion and NCHA 1967 World Champion Cutting Horse. In 1962 he was NCHA Cutting Futurity 2nd place winner, and he's in the NCHA Hall of FAME! There is Lightning Bar, AAA-AQHA Champion; Poco Tivio -AQHA Champion an NCHA Top Ten Finishing 5th in 1951 and 1952, going right back to Poco Bueno and King.

End of June, 2008 A really good mare, Koda Shena Lynx certainly will be missed. She tore the Aourta in her heart, and we had no choice but to put her down. Her last foal was a blue roan stallion. A beautiful colt, I wish we had a dozen like him. We gave him to Dixie, Rockey's sister, as we wanted to know, he had a good home!
